ANGEL OF THE NORTH

 Do you believe in Angels? Many people do. I believe in them and know the name of my guardian angel.  This is a man made Angel in the North East near Newcastle on Tyne.

The following verse of a hymn was written by a well known hymn writer: Isaac Watts, 1674-1748.

 

Come let us join our cheerful songs

With angels round the throne;

Ten thousand thousand are their tongues

But all their joys are one.
