If you watched Antiques Roadshow last night you will have seen a postcard with no message, just a stamp on its side which, according to the above, meant "Do not write to me any more'

(I have a book about the Language of Flowers. Years ago people would make up tussie mussies - small posies of flowers which each had a hidden meaning - I will blog more about this at a later date'.
Meanwhile, I look forward to receiving my valentine or valentines! Poor postman, I always feel so sorry for him as he wheels his bicycle which is now a trolley up the road to my house! (If only but you never know, can but hope!)
