BEER UPDATE (GINGER)

Yesterday I actually started a new plant as I wasn't sure that the first one was fermenting properly, I had used live yeast in the first attempt and so yesterday I made up a mix using dried yeast. Today they are both bubbling away merrily, maybe he, she or it just needed company. I am still looking for names - Eric and Ern? William and Kate? Bill and Ben?  Have just fed them both. I am uncertain what I will do when I need to divide them, I will have to look for some new owners for them.
