I spent a little time people watching in Harrogate which was very interesting. It reminded me of the words of the Beatles Song Eleanor Rigby- "look at all the people, where do they all come from" - all types - large people, small people, happy people and sad people. I find chtting to others very rewarding and I hope I am able to provide words of comfort where necessary. I thought the following words appropriate.
Lord, grant me a heart of compassion
So burdened for others needs,
That I will show them Your mercy
In attitudes, words and deeds.
