LITTLE WHITE RABBIT GOES VISITING WITH CHESHIRE CGS

Yesterday Little White Rabbit was lucky enough to join members of the Cheshire Cottage Garden Society on their day out. They were visiting two gardens.

The first garden visited was Jacqueline Iddon's Garden in Leyland, Lancashire. Jacqueline has given a talk at Cheshire Cottage Garden Society in the past.

Off we go, I have a good seat, right at the front of the coach which is almost new!

Before our trip round the garden tea and biscuits are on offer
This is quite nice, the glass house at the back contains ferns
I wonder how he got here!

These are interestng little chaps
I wonder what is inside this basket?
This lavendar is making me sleepy!
Jacqueline tells us about her garden
Can you see the water lilies?

Look at that dog, hope he doesn't see me!
What a pretty rose!
What a lovely web!
Look at these dobby horses!
Here is Jacqueline's husband, Thompson Dagnall
Thompson is a well known sculptor, working mainly in carved timber and stone.

Thompson built this lovely log cabin to accommodate some of his work

Well, off we go again, on to our next stop! Gresgarth Hall
