CONTINUING LWR's ROMP AROUND LLANDUDNO

It is said that Alice Liddell used to holliday in Llandudno with her parents. A friend of theirs, Lewis Carrol, wrote some stories for her and based them on the surrounding area.Every year an Alice in Wonderland event is held and a little girl is chosen to be Alice for the year.

Alice Liddell stayed here - she was the original Alice who was written about in the well known story books

We had afternoon tea at the St Tudno hotel which was very nice. They have some really interesting teapots with characters from the Wonderland books on them, worth a look.
