CUCKOO

On Saturday we saw two cuckoos flying over the house and as they went they said "Cuckoo, Cuckoo", this pleased me immensely as at first I thought it was someone playing a prank. I didn't hear the cuckoo at all last year. I hope they stayed locally. We have been watching Springwatch on BBC which has been wonderful. We had some wild bumble bees in our nest box near the back door but on Monday evening our local bee man came and took the box to his wood not far away.
